One of the ways we measure growth at Upper Room is how effective our church is in connecting people to our life or small groups within the church. We truly believe that life groups are the best place for meaningful growth to happen. In a life group or small group, people study God's word together and discuss the issues and challenges of life. It's also where they pray, care for one another, and are missed if they don't show up.
